Salon Policies

All services marked as “starting price” indicates prices may vary and increase depending on your length, texture, and/or additional services possibly needed to achieve your goal. Final pricing will be determined during your complimentary consultation that you can book at any time, whether it is the same day as your appointment or you may schedule a consultation any time prior. For all returning clients, I will always have a proper consultation before we get started!

Cancellation/No-Show/Late Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, no worries. I kindly ask for a 48-hour window for any appointment changes. 

 

If two or more cancellations are made within 24 hours or less on any appointment you must make a 50% deposit in order to book your appointment and will be applied to your balance the day of your service. If you do not show up for that appointment your 50% deposit is nonrefundable.

 

Any cancellation made within 24 hours or less on an appointment that is scheduled out for services for 3 ½ hours or more will result in a 30% cancellation fee charged to your card on file.

 

In the event, you are 15 minutes or later than your appointment, it is at my discretion to still accommodate you that day or reschedule your appointment. All guests deserve the proper time for their appointments and staying on time is crucial.

Extensions

All clients interested in an extension service require a complimentary consultation at least 1 week prior to booking the service. Any color services needed must be done prior to the extension installation appointment. Color services and extension installation can also be performed all in one appointment.

Color Correction

All “corrective color” aka (major hair color change) appointments must schedule a complimentary consultation prior to the day of service. This is necessary to ensure the proper amount of time is booked out for your appointment. I will evaluate your hair and discuss the steps and amount of sessions needed it will take to achieve your look. This service is generally a 5+ hours service depending on your goal in mind. All corrective color appointments require a 50% deposit prior to your service and will be applied to your balance the day of your service. If you do not show up to your appointment or cancel within 24-48 hours or less your deposit will not be refunded.
